You have said config same as other systems but not indicated what that is.
Is there a printer server box in between or is this hard cabled to a pc with something like a Client Access printer session?
Is this the same model as the others working (because there are definite differences in diff Zebra models - like some don't support ZPL)

List, I've searched the archive and can't find anything relating to my
specific problem.

We've set up a remote OUTQ to point to a Zebra, the queue's configuration is
the same as we've used elsewhere on other iSeries all of which work fine.

The problem is that we put a spool file into the queue and it goes to SND
then disappears as if printed! First thing I thought was the wrong IP
address so I had the printer turned off did a ping and no response, turned
it back on and the IP pings successfully.

I have tried various *WSCST and even included destination options XAIX
and XAUTOQ even though they may not be necessary but nothing prints.

Any thoughts on further diagnostics?

Thanks

Angus
