I just got a disk in the mail. It's for a PMR. I didn't place a PMR, and I
don't recall asking for any fixes, but here it is. Unfortunately, I don't
know what the fix is for nor what machine it's supposed to go on. I tried
looking it up on the IBM site but got lost. I think I got close at one
point. something to do with "ESR", but it said I didn't have a contract.

How can I determine what this PMR is for?
