I appreciate your concern. However any idiot can configure a session to
bypass signon so we just accept that it is going to happen. We've used
Active Directory to use the Windows thing to "Lock Computer" after 15
minutes of inactivity. High security profiles (like myself) are set to 1
minute of inactivity. It's not something you can override by right
clicking on windows properties and disabling.

I've also discovered that when someone leaves their desk without manually
locking (Ctrl-Alt-Del Lock Computer) their computer that it is much more
effective to get into their email and send a message to their supervisor
that you are willing to do anything that they'd wish their spouse would
do, but won't, to get a pay raise, than to leave a message on their desk
that they've been busted for a security violation. (Just kidding.)
