I guess the question is why would you want the old one to stay at 5.2.1?
Unless you had one FSP that was way down in code? You would have to upgrade
the HMC first to 6.2.1, and then to 7. There is a new replication feature
between HMCs (for version 7) that I have not yet had a chance to use yet. I
started playing with it, but thought it best to find out a little more
before I played with it. That is a good reason for them all to be at the
same release if you can do replication between the HMCs, this way all the
changes are replicated.

We are getting a second HMC that will manage all 3 of our systems later
this year. We currently have one HMC at 5.2.1. If the new HMC is at
7.x.x, can the old HMC stay where it is for now?

I've missed some of this thread... I work for a BP and am curious if the
original Remote Client still works on 7.x HMC. Sometimes working with
clients it good to have access to order screens.
