"I've always found search400 to be extremely lacking in
search capabilities. Frankly searching the Infocenter
directly, or ibm.com, is far better."

I don't recall the last time I used their search... I do get
some of their (prolific) e-distributions, though. The *NEW*
Infocenter is very functional for me and between/among it,
the Midrange-L archives and the IBM "Search Support" most
times I find what I'm looking for before resorting to
Google.
