We have one IXS server running Windows 2003. It has two virtal disk assigned, one was 700MB and the other was 4 GB. We needed to update the size on both to 1GB and 6GB. Shutdown the server, changed the disk space using iSeries Nav. Space was allocated OK. Format status is Complete. When we start the server the BIOS boot screen appears and goes to the Windows will start in 5,4,3,2,1 and then the screen goes blank and stays there. Status never leaves VARY ON PENDING. Joblog of the server job in QSYSWRK just shows Starting Windows server admin job.

Any ideas what might be wrong?
