So this is going to be the second machine I have purchased (first one about
1 year ago), but it is my first 515 and I was wondering if somebody could
look over my specs to see if anything is out of order or if you have any
recommendations.
This is going to be strictly a development machine so the 5 concurrent user
licenses will be just fine. I noticed that they don't mention CPW like what
my 520 quote had - did they quit doing that being they don't put a governor
on it anymore?

On last note I just wanted to confirm that with V5R4 I will be able to
compile to n-2 (i.e. V5R2) correct?
