Our AS/400 Interactive Voice Response application is based on iMessaging
Systems software.
After a many months of investigation of various companies I settled on them
and I couldn't be happier. We already had a system that was obsolete
(System/38 and OS/2) and we migrated over to theirs.
As part of training, they help me set up (convert over) our old system and
then it is in my hands to perform all future enhancements or development. A
PC is involved only for handling the phone lines via dielectric (Sp?) cards
and to record and store WAV files. Everything else runs on the AS/400 using
APIs. It is a no brainier.
Feel free to contact me for specifics. It isn't cheap, but you get what you
pay for. Actually none of them are.
