You will not have to recompile anything if you remove the Logical File
member. RMVM LIBRARY/FILE MEMBER
Unless you are actually changing the Physical file layout. (field size,
etc.)

Thanks all for your response....
I think it might be the number of access paths that makes the
difference.
But if I remove these LFs and create them after, I will have to
recompile a
lot of programs that use these LFs. Am I right?
