But if I remove these LFs and create them after, I will
have to recompile a lot of programs that use these LFs.
Am I right?

It shouldn't be necessary to recompile the programs. As long as the DDS
for the LFs hasn't changed since they were last created, recreating the
LFs should give the same file level ID.
