We had IBI here trying to pitch their full product. (Very expensive!)
This was prior to the latest announcement but everyone knew that they were
coming out with something. The sales guy was quite insistent that it was
just going to be a try and buy like the myriad of third party software
that IBM throws on to a CD with new shipments. Personally I took his
words as "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. Write me a
check please!"
The longer we are left dangling, the more sales have got to be crunched at
IBI.
