As it was presented at COMMON in Anaheim, this is an IBM product that is
based on the Information Builders product. In other words, IBM
bought/leased Information Builders product and has made it into an IBM
Licensed Program.

Not quite true, I think, Paul. The product itself is being released as
an
IBM product, although Information Builders will provide "additional
components", for a "nominal fee" I'm sure <smile>.

But the basic Web Query looks like it will be delivered as a standard
IBM
product. Interestingly, it includes its very own non-WebSphere
application
server.
