Many years ago in the early days of Windows (3.1 or 3.11) when I worked at a
Pharmaceutical company in the UK, a member of staff called the helpdesk with
a problem. The support technician told the caller "right, go to your
program manager" to which came the reply "I can't, he's not in until
Tuesday".
The technician promptly told her to call back on Tuesday.

Hello all,
Users will never stop surprising me.
This morning, one of our tech support told us the following (he had to
share this):
A user was trying to logon on someone else's work station. After typing
her id and password, a window popped up that said :
"Wrong password, Please type your password again .. Remember the
password is Case-Sensitive"
Well, after reading this, she types "Case-Sensitive" as the password
and tried to log in!!!
