That's what I have set up for one of my customers. In order to move data
between their System i and a Unix box, I created a subsystem named PushPull.
I placed the AJE's into that subsystem. It works like a champ, and is
completely segregated from the other subsystems.

Subject: Batch Job and Auto start Job Entry

Regarding the job every 15 minutes - this is an FTP get / put job.
Exactly 15 minutes is not critical.

The system backup job (and any IPL) ends and starts a subsystem that
currently has auto start entries. Rather than using IBM's job scheduler
I was thinking of putting adding new AJE.

Are there any gotcha's with auto start jobs?

Thanks,
