My current phone plan has a wonderful flat rate including all long distance
charges, but since I don't make a lot of international calls, I don't have
an international plan.

IBM billing? Quebec.

I got an email and I tried to follow up with a voice call. I got voicemail
several times. I just found out that each call, with taxes and surcharges,
cost about $70.

It's always something...
