Check with AT&T...I have a bulk plan with them that covers all 8 lines I
use. I have 24x8 access for US/Canada for all 8 for a total of
$35/month...that total, not per line... :)

charges, but since I don't make a lot of international calls, I don't have
an international plan.

I got an email and I tried to follow up with a voice call. I got voicemail
several times. I just found out that each call, with taxes and surcharges,
cost about $70.
It's always something...
