An upgrade to the factory power is what we're facing too. I don't think
that we need to worry about water. We're on fairly high ground. I often
go out walking at lunch time and it's always uphill on the trip back.

I do feel your pain about the water. My basement at home has had water in
it several times because of sump pump problems. It's no fun moving stuff
to dry out the carpet. The crazy thing was that I've been home every time
it has happened. Funny how these things happen in the middle of the night
when you are asleep. I understand the concept of wanting to keep water
pressure off the outside walls but I fail to see the reasoning for
bringing water into a building because you want to keep it out.
