The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Use Java and JDBC... it can't be done directly from RPG. (OK, maybe
there are some 3rd party addon products that will enable it, but it's
non-trivial). The Java necessary to update a remote database is rather
trivial and I'm quite sure has been posted here before.
