Some of the fun we had this weekend included:
-One QHST member damaged. Sure made DSPLOG violently ill until it was
deleted.
-A ptf that would not apply because the object it was trying to replace
(command STRDBG) had it's security royally messed up. Meaning, to where
you cannot even duplicate the error. Just try changing *PUBLIC's
authority to an object to *AUTL when there is no authorization list
assigned anymore. Reassigning the authorization list and then reipling to
apply the ptf did the trick. Hmm, now that I had a moment to think I kind
of wonder why they would ptf a command - new feature perhaps? Darn,
DSPOBJD *SERVICE doesn't display the ptf number so that I could look up
the cover letter.
Then the stuff previously mentioned like:
-File LDAP_ENTRY in QUSRDIRDB damaged
-2780 raid cards reporting in supposedly because that ptf was not
permanently applied.
