I have these three PTFs installed on the temp side only with no errors 
in the service action log.
In any case, I don't understand why failing to apply them permanently 
should cause your errors, assuming you bring your machine up on the temp 
side only.
How was this issue resolved?

Btw, they were definitely included in one of the groups.
