The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I looked on the Attachmate site - can't see one at a quick glance -
there is an FTP file transfer piece, but that probably does not
extract data - although, who knows? There's always MS Query, which
uses ODBC - but then they'd need an ODBC driver - iSeries Access has
one, but have they tossed out that part, too?
I guess I'd see if they provide any Excel addins - that's how Client
Access does it. But Data Transfer was an extra cost item with Client Access.

If you are interested in a commercial solution, and if writing to a
spreadsheet from the iSeries is what you really need, take a look at
our RPG2SQL Integrator product - www.rjssoftware.com - it has
Excel-specific functions that give you lots of power and flexibility.
Or call 888-rjs-soft

I am working with a client whose parent company replaced Client Access

They are looking for a way to import into Excel. Has anyone worked with
Reflections? Is there an import function?
