I don't think I've ever put on a FSP fix that did not require a reboot of
the FSP (and thus all lpars) except one IBM had me do as a proof of
concept.

I guess the part that really grinded me down was the nightmare we went
through installing redundant FSPs only to find out that even that requires
all partitions to drop to upgrade the firmware.
