You need the following levels of LIC and OS to support a 515 or 525.
S 540-E (RE07030) dates 1/30/2007 for I_BASE
RS 540-20 B29xx=01 and -02 CDs (AP07030)
Firmare SF240_219 (MH00677, MH00683, MH00674 and MH00681)
If you are not at those you need to ( and I quote )
'What we test here and know that the process works is to slip LIC and OS
using the recommended level of LIC and OS, and then install the current
cume BEFORE you do a full system save to migrate to new model such as 515
and 525.
Simply installing the current cume and applying all 5722999 PTFs *PERM
will most likely get you all the new PTFs on latest respin (as long as the
new cume came out AFTER the latest respin) on your system. However, we
have not performed tests to prove this.
So, its your decision and how you want to proceed with your up coming
migrations. '
