Joe, at least you did not shut down an insurance company for over half a
day due to the fact that you turned on an indicator when you should have
turned it off. BTW, this was part of a month end cycle that was caught
in a loop all night and worse 3 of us were checking on things and
thought every thing looked ok! ......I did not do it, just one of my
developers. Oh well,

I did what you did one time using ICQ and sent the "comments about the
boss to the boss, not my coworker". TALK ABOUT embarrassing. The boss
could not stop laughing.
