You will need to have the original POE's and a bill of sale from the company
in order to transfer the licenses to you. If you do not have the POE's it
will be extremely difficult to get them transferred.....also, you can no
longer transfer POE's past V5R2, IE: starting at V5R3 you can transfer a
license within your company but cannot transfer ownership to another
company.

Anyone know the process for transferring the license for V5R1 LPPs? There is
a local company here that is quitting business and they are allowing me to
"haul off" their small model 270. Also, is there a process to register with
IBM as the new owner of the machine?
