An index can be used like a DDS logical that ONLY specifies the keys. If your
DDS does not "redefine" the record format (changing type or dimension, or
omitting columns), and only specifies keys, then an index is identical to
this....

Depends on how the RPG programs "use" it. First, can RLA even directly
access an index? Is RLA limited to tables and views? Only RLA will ever
give you a level check.
