IFS reading...
If I run this command
cmd='QSH CMD(' + apos + '/QIBM/ProdData/Director/bin/twgstat >' +
%trim(WorkingFile) + apos + ')';
The resultant file has (in hex):
- - - - + - - - - * - - - - + - - - - * ----+---
405C5C5C 5C5C5C5C 5C5C5C5C 5CC28587 89959589 *******
C183A389 A58525 Active
405C5C5C 5C5C5C5C 5C5C5C5C 5CC59584 40968640 *******
What is X'25'? End of line? End of file? Just xlate that to a space and
trim the bugger?

Re: Checking status of IT Director
Thanks. Now I'll just have to pipe that to an output file... to get it
all working programmatically.

Re: Checking status of IT Director
From a green-screen command prompt, type the following command and
press Enter:
QSH CMD('/QIBM/ProdData/Director/bin/twgstat')
The current status of IBM Director Server is displayed.
