If it's source, the simplest solution is splitting it up. If it's a
database library, someone has to validate the necessity of keeping it as
one library. If you are at a real limit, then you either have some
(possibly severe) application modifications to make, or need to contact IBM
indicating that you have hit a system limit.
It would be better if the message were more specific, but some limits are
so complex that they don't lend themselves to be fully described in one
message. However a reference to where the limit might be better documented
would not be out of order.
