IMHO
Like X'6C4E6C'
Is not the correct syntax.

In either way I'd add the % sign before and after the string.
The following syntax should always work:

Select *
From MyTable
Where MyCol like '%' concat x'6C4E6C' concat '%'

not visible/hex characters.
