You are correct however there IS a reasonably easy (and COMPLETED non disruptive) way to get back sally's spreadsheet. Create a NEW storage space of minimum size. Then delete the objects from the qfpnwsstg directory for this new storage space. Restore the saved storage space into that directory. Now link it to the server as a new space. Windows will see it as another drive and you can then copy whatever you need from it. Of course you need the disk space on the i to do this but most folks can fudge that for a bit.
