I think whether you have this file depends on 
your version of OS/400 - it is probably there in V5R4 and not before.

This information is available by other means, 
just not so handily - through messages in the job 
log when you STRDBG before running your query - 
or in certain records in the output of STRDBMON - 
or in monitors in iSeries Access Navigator.
