That gets you one record, they can also write it down on a piece of
paper and walk out the door with it.  Our e-mail looks for regular
expressions to stop certain types of data from being emailed.  No the
screen shots are images and we can block them.  I am more concerned with
file transfers than a record here or there.  Yes they are stopped from
OBDC and FTP on the iSeries, however they have access to others types of
data stored on the IFS or windows shares.  Security / DataAcces, the old
balancing act.

(not an attachment but an inline image) and send it to whomever.
