Rob, The message text is located in the QTCPMSGF in library QTCP
the MSGID is TCP120D.
I am not sure, without a DCR ;-), how you can get a "fancy" message
header.

So you are limited in the number of characters and even if you could fit
in 132 char. I am not sure how to add a new line.
