This post is to clarify iSeries Navigator's DST support that was referenced on this forum. iSeries Navigator is not directly impacted by this DST change. However, iSeries Navigator is among the IBM software that includes a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) that is provided by the IBM Center for Java Technology Development. Third party plug-ins to iSeries Navigator may use the JRE shipped with iSeries Navigator. You may see DST issues when using those third party plug-in functions. If you discover issues, the IBM Center for Java Technology Development has produced a tool to update the Daylight Saving Time (DST) information in the JRE. For more information and instructions on how to update the JRE with the tool, refer to the iSeries Navigator Information APAR II14264 located at this link: http://www-912.ibm.com/n_dir/nas4apar.nsf/c79815e083182fec862564c00079d117/8662676f6874fffb862572920041e976?OpenDocument&Highlight=2,ii14264 Pat Pat Glenski IBM i5/OS Globalization Architect, Rochester, MN USA
