Tried the following in SQL
select timestamp(''2007-03-01-24.00.00'') - timestamp(''2007-03-02-00.00.00'') from sysibm/sysdummy1 

Got a big ZERO with 6 decimals

Are these two values representing exactly the same instant in time?

Is  3/1/07 24:00:00  exactly equal to 3/2/07 00:00:00  ?
