2K Pro on my PC, XP Pro on my wife's. XP Pro on the 2 desktops in the basement (server + supplemental). 98SE on the old clunker laptop. XP Home came on my mother-in-law's laptop; it's fine for her. When buying I always buy the OEM version. Same functionality and a lot cheaper (about $135 for XP Pro OEM with qualifying hardware). I've also got a couple of licenses for MS Office Pro; using our Home Use program through work it only costs about $20. However I'm really considering the Action Pack subscription for future needs: https://partner.microsoft.com/40013779 I'm surprised David hasn't asked us to take this to the PCTECH list.
