color laser printer - more

I have a slightly diff issue - to find a color laser (standard 8x11) not duplex.
To print with laser "carbonless" paper for delivery invoice forms where 
customer can sign top copy & and it will transfer to 2nd copy. 
We have identified the form paper (NCR) and now need the printer. 
Only 3-400 pages per day, and not in a batch run. One or two at a time. 
Never used color before. Something to last for years. 
Customer wants color (no matter the supplies cost) and prefers HP.
Whats good (or what to avoid)? - and will be laser, not deskjet. No need
for copier/printer. Must be native defined printer.
