Okay, thanks for the tip.  Our current package allows you to print to your 
Windows default printer even though you're not on our network.  It's often 
problematic though - the reports seem to come out different all the time.

I would check out printing features (over ssl) of each solution.
Assume nothing. Some browser based solutions may offer
only a browser screen print.

printing?    scs  afpds  other
upload/downloads?
email server access?
other internal network services?
Are you going to rely on user id/pwd or have further authentication
via exit programs or other methods?

It only supports Windows.  I have two users who use Macs.
