Hi Shiva,
this is nothing serious: you have to go to restricted state (do an endsbs *all *immed on the console, you should of course do this after your business hours) and then you should have your installation 
CD-ROMs at hand.
You need B29xx-01 and B29xx-02 for this task you just do like you were upgrading to V5R3. Sign on as qsecofr, go licpgm, select 11 - install licpgms and you will notice that the backlevel QGPL is already selected for installation. You confirm this and after that you do an IPL and this 
should fix your problem.
