You need V5R3M0 SI26039 and SI25991

SI26039 only needs SI25991.  However SI25991 has a lot of other 
requirements, as you can see at
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/$$search?openform

You'll also see that cume C7016530 covers both of these.  However, you'll 
also see that SI25991 has been superceded by SI26616, which is not on a 
cume, yet.

You may want to get cume C7016530 and SI26616.  Me, I'd upgrade to V5R4 
and get the latest and greatest there.
