Nick, you will have to upgrade when they do - when there is a new
standards, some fields change, added,etc. but you would have to do that
anyway.

We have Inovis/Trusted Link now, and are in the process of outsourcing
our 
EDI.  Our CFO did an analysis and we will be spending about a 1/3 of
what 
we were spending with having EDI inhouse.

All I have to do is populate some files and FTP them over to the company

we are outsourcing to.  For receiving data from them, they send it to 
their FTP site and I retrieve the data there.
