I *think* that is the case.  When I got Fix Central going again on the 
machine with the 1.4.2_10 JRE, I got a confirming e-mail the content 
basically being:

SDF Order# B6984XXX was Received at 12:36:28 01/27/2007

About 20 minutes later I got another saying:

        --> YOUR FIX PACKAGE IS READY <--

SDF Order# B6984XXX is ready 20070127

I also ordered some additional groups and got two similar e-mails about 
20 minutes apart.  ALL of those e-mails referenced customer # 9999999 in 
the subject line.  A few hours later I had downloaded all the .bin files.

When I took Vern's approach and ordered the CD's I got only ONE e-mail 
with my correct customer # in the subject line.  It has a link to the 
order status that said:

Order Information
Order Number:     BXXXXXXXXX
COER Number:     XXXXXXX
Type:     OLYS
Severity:     2
Status:     Processed 2007-01-28 @ 15:23:10 MST
Media Information
Selected Media:     CD05
Volume Count:     9

I'll see if they show up!  At this point they are redundant but if it 
works OK then at least I'll have a backup plan if Fix Central goes 
completely casters up in the future.
