that you can also do a "CREATE TABLE AS (select statement)"


This will be run in a batch application using RUNSQLSTM, so this won't work
for my purposes.

Look in the FAQ for RUNSQLSTM and you'll find an old but useful utilitythat lets you run any SQL statement from a CL command line.http://faq.midrange.com
