It's a Microsoft announcement from a .NET online service.  Do you really 
expect Firefox to work with that?  (conspiracy theory)

I didn't appreciate the pop up window even though I have those turned off 
in IE.  The site I hate most for pop up windows?  ibm.com  They can take 
those freaking surveys and stick them where the sun don't shine.  That's 
why I originally turned off pop up windows.  And whenever I have to use 
them at IBM I only turn them on temporarily.  Now if they could only get 
infocenter to stop going back to the very beginning when you turn on pop 
up's temporarily.  The workaround is to right click on the link, get the 
properties and paste that into a new session.
