Hope you don't need to buy anything

I just went to upgrade my IBM Software Access Package.  I got online, and
went to the upgrade page, and read this:

NOTICE: The PartnerWorld purchasing system is not available until January 23
while system upgrades are deployed. Please return after that time to make
your purchase or renewal.
-------

WTF!!! It's bad enough that your system is broken, but it's going to take
over a week to get a replacement system in place???  And who knows how long
that has been up!

Can you imagine Amazon saying "Please come back in two weeks to place your
order"?
