Rob,latest rumour dujour is that it will be announced in time for COMMON in Nashville in 2008....do the math. Also, after this release, you'll finally see IBM getting serious about putting os/400 on blade...but not until. So don't expect to see blade until mid/late 2008 at earliest...but then, things can change...gravity can be reversed.... :)

Just a friendly reminder. Support for V5R2 dies on 04/30/2007 as perhttp://www-304.ibm.com/jct01004c/systems/support/i/planning/upgrade/suptsch edule.htmlBased on the following information Release Announce Date V5R2 06/04/2002 V5R3 05/04/2004 V5R4 01/31/2006 What do you care to hazard as a guess for V5Rnext? Early to mid 2008? Using that same website it seems that release x-2 has been supported anywhere from announce date to a year after. Therefore V5R3 should be supported anywhere from early 2008 to mid 2009.
