Based on the following information
Release  Announce Date
V5R2      06/04/2002
V5R3      05/04/2004
V5R4      01/31/2006 

What do you care to hazard as a guess for V5Rnext?  Early to mid 2008?

Using that same website it seems that release x-2 has been supported 
anywhere from announce date to a year after.  Therefore V5R3 should be 
supported anywhere from early 2008 to mid 2009.
