WRKOBJ QSYS2/SYSPROCS
If you still can't see it try
DSPOBJD QSYS2/SYSPROCS *FILE
The difference is that WRKOBJ just won't show you the object.  DSPOBJD 
will say one of two things, either it ain't there or you do not have 
authorization to it.  But it will be explicit about which one.

For GUI, you might try the iNav.  However I am not sure that it will allow 
the string search, but it's worth a try.  If it doesn't, open up a window 
with your favorite DVD on the left of your screen while you use STRSQL to 
search SYSPROCS for the necessary string, in a 5250 session on the right. 
Is that GUI enough for you?  :-)
