Re: IFS File CHGAUT Oddity

*PUBLIC has *RWX on the folder as well.  Seems ok. 

The reason we use CHGAUT is that when users create IFS files they don't 
usually have  *PUBLIC authority set correctly so we like to change the 
authorities on the IFS file to match what we want them to be before we 
process the IFS files. 

Insures that IFS processes that copy files and manipulate them don't bomb 
inadvertently.
