I have an LPAR that was restored from a backup V5R3 SAVSYS.  The are some
objects and IFS entries missing that were evidently not on tape..
 
Can I refresh this system from CD's for V5R3M0 Lic, OP sys and Lic Pgms over
this V5R3 system, could I just follow the procedure to upgrade the system
from GO LICPGM option 5.  Then apply the current Cum and PTF's Group's?
